Blacks In Government (BIG) is a national, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to advocacy and career development training with members in all 50 states and abroad. Since its creation in 1975, BIG has focused its efforts on creating a level playing field in the government so that ALL government employees have an EQUAL opportunity to succeed and are equipped with the tools they need to grow and develop.
