Our Mission and Vision

Mission

To develop and promote programs and activities that place emphasis on:
Mentoring and advocating educational opportunities for all members and students.

Professional, cultural, personal, and socio-economic well-being of all members and by promoting equality, excellence, and opportunity in a non-discriminatory environment in the multi-cultural Pacific Region.

The elimination of discrimination and racist acts in all form, against all people, especially African Americans, in city, county, state, and federal government.

Collaborate with other minorities and organizations to further unite a coalition to improve employee relations for the benefit of all public servants.

Vision

To be a growing and vibrant organization recognized for providing its members and other government servants with opportunities for professional development and personal growth.
